This dental membership plan is NOT dental insurance; it is a membership program for prepaid dental services offered by your child’s dentist. If periodontal disease or gingivitis is present, additional treatment will be necessary prior to your child’s cleaning. A periodontal maintenance plan may also be available for those who qualify. The PlayWell Plan and any discounts included do not cover procedures performed outside of our office.
